OB is required. The Tomah clinic family physicians share equally in general call (will be 1:10 with the OB call being 1:4). The practice provides 1:10 hospitalist coverage to the local community hospital. A general surgeon, who is part of the group, provides surgical services and C-section coverage. Other providers include physician assistants, certified nurse midwife, podiatrist, an optometrist, and behavioral health therapists. Outpatient physical and occupational therapy are recent service expansions to the practice.  This practice opportunity offers a stable, high-quality Family Medicine group practice in a small community with the convenience of the local hospital, Tomah Memorial, adjacent to the newly renovated clinic facility. The Tomah clinic staff receive support from Mayo Clinic Health System - Franciscan Healthcare's main clinic/250-bed hospital in La Crosse, WI, which is located 45 miles from Tomah. Tomah Memorial Hospital is a 25-bed critical access community hospital and includes in-house MRI and updated CT. The hospital contracts for Emergency Room coverage. The on-call Tomah clinic hospitalist physician is called for admissions. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
