Industrial Manufacturing Engineer

General Responsibilities and Functions Under the direction of and reporting to the Operations Manager, participates in new product and existing process development, establishes manufacturing processes and procedures, and provides technical expertise/support to manufacturing.  Coordinates With Sales, Product Engineers, Production Control, Materials Management, Business Unit Managers, Operators, Lead Center Manager, Project Engineers, Quality Engineers, equipment suppliers. Reports to Operations Manager Job Duties Supports production with engineered solutions for process, safety, and equipment related issues. Strong PLC and automated products experience Works concurrently with product and tool engineering to bring new products into production. Trains maintenance and tooling technicians as new technologies are introduced into production Research materials, processes, or equipment to support the need for robust manufacturing.  Properly apply DOE methods to evaluate processes. Participates in development, financial justification, selection, purchase installation, and start-up of new equipment Analyze drawings and specifications for process and product feasibility evaluation. Prepare formal engineering standards and documents (Standard Operating Setup and Inspection Procedures). Evaluate the feasibility of cost reduction proposals; perform cost savings calculations and direct implementation activities as required. Coordinate, supervise, and direct activities of personnel as assigned. Participate and/or lead teams to implement new products and processes. Qualifications B.S. Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering with at least 3-5 years experience as an Manufacturing Engineer.  Strong technical abilities in a variety of manufacturing disciplines, including demonstrated expertise in stamping desired.  Experience with automated production lines, utilizing PLC controls. Working knowledge and utilization of ISO/TS16949 requirements. Green Belt Certified preferred.  Knowledge of, the Toyota Production Systems, Kaizen methodology, and experience in a Lean Systems manufacturing environment.  Strong interpersonal skills required to work and communicate within all levels of the Company and Customer base.
Salary Range: $80K - $90K

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
