Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
A LICENSED NURSING HOME ADMINISTRATOR is needed for a well established employee owned provider of short-term post-acute rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care in Tomah, WI. Candidate must have 4
years experience as a successful Administrator demonstrating excellent staff rapport skills along with strong interpersonal methods in dealing with residents and their families. Effective staff leadership, coupled with a keen attention to facility profit and loss is a must. A thorough knowledge of rules and regulations which affect long term care is mandatory along with a positive history record of successful state surveys. A degree in Business or a related field would be a major plus but not mandatory.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
